The Constitution of The Alpha Common Investment Funds
  About Sarasin & Partners

The Constitution of the Alpha Charity Funds

As Common Investment Funds, investing charities have the knowledge that the two Funds have been scrutinised by the Charity Commission. Indeed, as charities in their own right, they are tax-efficient and benefit from the Stamp Duty Reserve Tax exemption, unlike a conventional unit trust.

As a further comfort, charities investing in the Alpha Common Investment Funds benefit from the independent Board of Directors. They have responsibilities similar to those of charity trustees and meet Sarasin & Partners at least quarterly to discuss investment policy and strategy.
