The
Alpha Common Investment Funds have been designed to allow
charities to efficiently and successfully fulfil their investment
objectives. There are
two key factors that have been put in place to enable these
objectives to be met.
First is the team responsible for delivering the strategic
and day-to-day investment management advice and client reporting:
Sarasin & Partners LLP is a specialist investment manager with strong
charity credentials.
Second is the structure: the Income & Reserves Fund and
the Endowments Fund are both Common Investment Funds approved
by the Charities Commission. Each is a charity in its own
right.
In summary, by creating two funds designed specifically for
charities and employing a committed investment management
house with a strong performance record, charities can achieve
success through specialisation.
